This will never, ever sell well. By the time the Revolution gets to market, the Xbox 360 and the PS3 will already be out, with better hardware, more games, and a controller that actually makes sense.

Nintendo dreamed up every feature on the console controller you use today, pick one...
Directional pad, multiple face buttons, shoulder buttons, analog stick, rumble/vibrate, wireless...
Sony and MS are basically porting old games to new hardware. Nintendo is making a big gamble, but if the software is there to support it, it will pay off in spades. It's all about the games.

As far as facing off against against Sony and Microsoft, insane graphics are last generation systems(why not play PC instead?). Nintendo seems to be the only one with something new.
