Because Michael Weinhardt has ported it to Windows Forms 2.0 and ClickOnce, now Wahoo2! is available on your Start menu whether you're connected to the internet or not. Enjoy!

Eduardo, the path you show doesn't seem like the path to which the manifests should be installed ie the Desktop. Did you simply launch the app from the link, or move any files post-install.

Two things: you have to tweak the rotating a piece algoritm and the high scores are forged (I think)
