I landed here via the link at the bottom of http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff754344.aspx which says "You can see a full list of draft chapters..."

I was expecting at least a TOC with at least one link to a draft chapter.

Where's my sample chapter!!! :-)

Unfortunately, not. I went through several potential co-authors, but never found a good fit. The chapters I wrote are going to be published as articles by AW, however. I'll let folks know when that happens.
